Who We Are
The mind behind Mindwork
Teagan specialises in organisational risk, complex workplace dynamics and workforce wellbeing. Her career began in vocational rehabilitation and injury management, where seeing the real impact of poor workplace conditions on people's mental and physical wellbeing sparked a move toward preventative services that build healthier workforces from the start.
Working across sectors has given her both a deep understanding of how workplace conditions affect people, and a practical grasp of what organisations can realistically change. She partners with organisations to identify vulnerabilities, strengthen workplace supports, and build high-performing workforces that last.
